Will I need to learn a hardware description language to develop a microprocessor? [closed]
I have dug up sand to extract silicon from; I have a furnace that can exceed 2,500 degrees fahrenheit.
I am searching Ebay for dopants and germanium, and studying photolitographic technology and UV rays, optics, and electrical engineering; I want to make my own home made microprocessor that is 4-bits only, and has three registers. I was wondering which HDL to use, and how they effect the actual circuit logic of a chip from specifications, like Verilog.
I have buffer machinery, and I am designing a clean room, and I'm investing in all computerized equipment; about $100,000.00 worth of this stuff. I do not know ALL of the chemicals i will need, but in time I will get there.
