Ubuntu freezes upon starting up
Ok, so what happened is I installed a Propitiatory driver and when I loaded it up again the start up got stuck on where the screen is purple and in the middle is ubuntu with the 4 dots, it does it normally then on the 3rd time it Skips the 2nd dot and goes to 5 and seemlessly freezes, I tried removing battery etc, ubuntu was working fine beforehand and I really need help, (typing this from my mums computer) this is 64bit Ubuntu 12.04 LTS btw..
