Preparing to replace install-info 4.13a.dfsg.1-10ubuntu4 (using .../install-info_5.1.dfsg.1-3_i386.deb)
When I upgrade the system. I had problem about this syntax.
Preparing to replace install-info 4.13a.dfsg.1-10ubuntu4 (using .../install-info_5.1.dfsg.1-3_i386.deb) ... dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/install-info_5.1.dfsg.1-3_i386.deb (--unpack): triggers ci file contains unknown directive `interest-noawait' rrors were encountered while processing: /var/cache/apt/archives/install-info_5.1.dfsg.1-3_i386.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
Can anybody help this problem ?

Can anybody help this problem ?
"apt-get purge build-essential gcc-4.4" fixed it for me
ReplyDeleteOk and "apt-get install dpkg" afterwards, to upgrade dpkg first :)
