GPU Suddenly Slow and Cool
I was working on some very small overclocking (no voltage changes) to my GTX 560 TI Hawk. Everything was running fine, when quite suddenly the card became very cool (normal operating temperature is around 80*C, it went down to 42*C even under load) and very very slow. Where I would normally see at least 40fps, I'm now seeing 11 (this is on stock clocks).
What would cause this to happen? Why would it suddenly become very very slow, and not create any heat at all?
